It was published a new article by Alesia Suntsova "Optimization of Budget Component in Macroeconomic Mechanism of State and Regional Development". (more more see at Actual Problems of Economics, #12 (138), 2012, 45-59 pp.).

The article is searching for new tools of budget component optimization within the macroeconomic mechanism of state and regional development. It is suggested to optimize local taxes and duties; the tax competition is assessed as a factor of regional development. The concept of improvement mechanism in state regulation of the national economy's development using its budget component is developed.

Alesia Suntsova. Financial Leverages in Macroeconomic Regulation of National Economy Development

In scientific economic journal "Actual problems of Economics" it was published the new thesis by Alesia Suntsova "Financial Leverages in Macroeconomic Regulation of National Economy Development".
The article considers the issues of determining the effeciency of financial instruments as macroeconomic regulators of economic development. The study evaluates the effeciecy of financial regulators during the post-crisis period and offers the set of methods for determining the effeciency of the macroeconomic regulators development as well as scientific and methodological approaches to measuring the effeciecy of financial regulators of socioeconomic processes. Ways to improve the instruments of national economy's state regulation are presented, in particular, the financial component of it.

It was published new article by A.Suntsova "Ways to improve the instruments of macroeconomic regulation of national economy". The article examines new instruments of macroeconomic regulation of national economyas well as optimization of the already known in economic science instruments of regulation. The ways to imprive the instruments of macroeconomic regulation of national economy are analyzed and sdudied. The concept of improving the mechanism of state regulation of the national economy development by budget component is offered.

FINANCES AND ECONOMIC GROWTH: THEORETICAL ASPECTS

The article carries out an attempt by means of the statistical analysis methods to ground or to disprove the statement mentioned previously in the scientific papers that the financial development
causes the increase in the economic growth of a country. This is the first paper to prove using the results of the statistical data analysis for 75 countries with di erent level of economic development that the correlation between the financial development and the economic growth may have both positive and negative dependence.
