THE DEFINITION OF SMART ECONOMY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF BUSINESS IN THE CONCEPTS INDUSTRY 4.0 AND 5.0

  A new article by Suntsova Olesia has been published: "The definition of Smart Economy and Digital Transformation of business in the concepts Industry 4.0 and 5.0".    The object of the study is the relationship between economic entities in the smart economy and their digital transformation in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONNEL POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Іn the article the scientific achievements in the theory of personnel potential management and peculiarities of application of modern business technologies are considered. The peculiarities of management of personnel potential at enterprises influencing formation and development processes, the efficiency of realization of functions, principles, and methods of staffing competency increase are determined.
