ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONNEL POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Іn the article the scientific achievements in the theory of personnel potential management and peculiarities of application of modern business technologies are considered. The peculiarities of management of personnel potential at enterprises influencing formation and development processes, the efficiency of realization of functions, principles, and methods of staffing competency increase are determined. On the basis of the generalization of domestic and foreign experience, the authors formalized enterprise management technologies while ensuring the efficiency of personnel potential at enterprises. 

The given list of concepts of the development of the personnel management theory substantiates modern tendencies of personnel potential development, and proves the expediency of the direction of personnel management on the development of personal competencies of the employee and corporate culture. 

The authors propose to expand approaches to human resource potential management, taking into account the continuity of the personnel development process and the direction of employee management to develop human resources potential. The process of implementation of changes in the characteristics of personnel and staff system involves the implementation of professional training, the formation of systems selection, movement, release, professional suitability analysis, re-training and re-certification of personnel, organization of labor adaptation, evaluation and certification, planning career of staff. Management of these processes in the conditions of dynamic development of competition and innovations should be based on application of business technologies using modern achievements and adaptation of foreign experience to the conditions of the Ukrainian economy.
